Registration

※ Visa and entry policies may change. Always verify the latest official information before departure.
KASW strongly recommend applying as early as possible, as some visa processes may take over several month to complete.

To determine whether you require a visa to enter the Republic of Korea, please refer to the official website of the Korean immigration authorities. Entry requirements vary by country, so delegates are advised to check the latest information in advance.

If you require an official invitation letter for your visa application, it will be automatically sent to your registered email once your registration fee has been fully paid. If you do not receive the email, please log in and go to "My application" to download your invitation letter.
